At Ruchi Foods LLP. Quality Management starts with the selection of plantations and regional growers. We oversee the entire cultivation process using strict quality controls. Every grower and every single batch of product is carefully checked. Only the best raw materials are cleaned and processed.

We analyze all our products and check their quality during each stage of freeze drying. Strict quality control is maintained by performing microbiological tests and quality tests all throughout the process.

Moreover, the freeze-drying technology is worldwide accepted as the best food preservation process, which can preserve the most nutritional values as well as color, flavors and shape of all foods – in particular for those fruits, vegetables and herbs. Furthermore, the hygiene and safety of foods are easy to control. The limited amount of waste is another important aspect of this technology.
